Shipping and Returns.

The Health Place® cannot be held responsible for lost/stolen packages, delays in shipping due to weather conditions, customs, incorrect shipping addresses, or missing shipping information.  Force majeure or act of nature, including calamity or bad weather condition, and strikes.

Products ship Monday through Friday excluding weekends and holidays. 

Please allow 1-3 days for processing

Please allow 1-5  business days for delivery.

We ship worldwide! International shipping roughly takes 3-5 business days in transit.

Please note we are not responsible for any delays or fees due to customs.

We are also not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control from our logistics partner DHL.

*We offer free delivery for orders N30,000 and above within Abuja Municipal Area Council, free delivery is NOT VALID for areas outside this area.

International shipping cost vary by country.  For all international shipments, The Health Place®will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. If customs duties are assessed, these are in addition to your shipping charges and must be paid directly by you. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office. 

Order Status
It is the policy of The Health Place® to send you order status information when your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation message including a tracking number for your shipment.  You will be notified when your order payment is received and when an order is shipped.  

To view order status of any order, including past orders that have been received, click on the “Log In” link at the top of the page.  After you are logged in, click on “Account" and your name located at the top of the page.  Your current and past orders will then be displayed.

Back Orders 
In the unlikely event that any items in your order are unavailable for immediate delivery, we will alert you before going ahead to ship the remainder of your order immediately.

Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours, Monday to Friday between 9:00am and 5.00 pm GMT.

Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next business day.
