Recipe: Strawberry Banana Smoothie
Summary: Quick delicious healthy smoothie with no added sugar.
Prep time: 15 minutes
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- 1 scoop of vanilla whey protein powder
- 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
- 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
- Stevia to taste
- Combine ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
Use other type milks. Also you can use other types of protein powder, such as egg, rice or other flavors like chocolate.
